Bridgerton actor James Bradwell, recognised for his role as Lord Basilio in the hit series, has been selected to portray Sgt Gavin Troy in the theatrical world premiere of Midsomer Murders: The Killings at Badger's Drift.

James will appear alongside Daniel Casey's DCI Tom Barnaby in Guy Unsworth's stage adaptation of Midsomer Murders: The Killings at Badger's Drift, which draws from Caroline Graham's novel.

The production debuts at Richmond Theatre on 24 October, before embarking on a UK and Ireland tour that will run until June 2026.
