Edinburgh's streets were filled with football fans on Saturday afternoon, as they made their way to Tynecastle .
Derby day kicks off at 5.45pm, with Hearts and Hibs facing off on October 4. Ahead of the match, residents watched hundreds of fans make their way to the stadium.
They walked with flares and drums and appeared to be chanting, in a clip shared with Edinburgh Live. They were seen walking through Slateford Road at around 4.45pm.
One resident who filmed them passing by her flat told us: "It looks like the Hearts fans are making their way to the match.
"I'm all for getting involved in the game and showing support but it is a bit intimidating when it's such a big crowd and they're taking up the whole street. I was going to nip to the shop but I think I'll wait until it all d
