JAMMU, OCTOBER 4: Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Higher Education department, Shantamanu inaugurated the 52nd Rajya Stariya Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani (RSBVP) 2024-25 and Divisional Level National Science Seminar (NSS) 2025, held together as a Mega Science event at Krishi Bhawan Talab Tillo here today.
