Letters by Constance Quirk , Burlingame, and Robert A. Nice , Redwood City, in the Oct. 2 edition of the Daily Journal hit the nail right on the head.

Neither Trump nor Hegseth have an ounce of “military common sense” and couldn’t polish the shoes of those career generals/admirals and their staffs.

What a sad scene it was to see all of them totally bored listening to POTUS and the secretary of war bumble their way through a nothing speech.

We are in trouble with those two incompetents in charge.
