Strictly Come Dancing's Amber Davies has revealed the touching birthday surprise her professional partner Nikita Kuzmin organised for her.

The former Love Island star, who went on to achieve West End success, joined the BBC One dancing show as a last-minute replacement after Dani Dyer was forced to pull out of the competition.

Dani, 29, suffered a fall during rehearsals that left her with a broken ankle, with doctors ruling her unfit to continue dancing and compelling her exit from Strictly Come Dancing . She had initially been paired with professional dancer Nikita.
