Baltimore County Councilman David Marks (Council District 5) and Delegate Ryan Nawrocki (District 7A) expressed their displeasure with Baltimore County Executive Kathy Klausmeier’s decision to end negotiations to construct an additional library branch in Middle River.

Councilman Marks began a series of posts on his Facebook page Friday, writing that “The County Executive’s decision is a giant middle finger to the Middle River community.”

Delegate Nawrocki took it a step further, saying it’s more than just the Middle River community. “it’s the entire east side (of Baltimore County)”.

Nawrocki said he has had a lot of conversations with the County Executive, yet he has not seen any concern shown for several projects for his constituents.
