A winning Powerball Double Play ticket purchased in April is set to expire in less than three weeks, state lottery officials said today.

Players are encouraged to check to see if they have the winning $50,000 ticket that matched four white balls. The ticket was purchased at Casey’s at 1321 W. Adams St. in Decatur for the April 26 drawing.

The winning ticket must be claimed no later than 4:30 p.m. ET on Oct. 23, at the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment office located at 1302 N. Meridian St. in Indianapolis, a news release said. All Hoosier Lottery Draw game prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing.

The winning Powerball Double Play numbers for Saturday, April 26, are: 12-20-26-38-40 with a Powerball of 5.
