MAYSVILLE, Ky. —
A Pennsylvania woman has been found safe in Kentucky after a terrifying kidnapping ordeal.
According to WLKY's CBS affiliate KDKA, 48-year-old Lydia Prince ran into a police station in Scottdale, Pennsylvania, earlier this week, claiming her husband, 29-year-old Shawn Prince, had kidnapped her at gunpoint.
According to police, everything started Monday when officers were called to Lydia and Shawn's home for a domestic dispute.
They determined the situation to be unfounded and left without charging anyone.
On Tuesday, Lydia's daughter reportedly called 911, saying she hadn't heard from her mom since that incident.
