Two Eagles are lighter in the pocket after the NFL released its fines for Week 4 game infractions Saturday afternoon.
Second-year cornerback Cooper DeJean was hit with an $11,593 fine for taunting Tampa Bay running back Rachaad White in the first quarter of the Eagles’ 31-25 win over the Buccaneers and second-year edge rusher Jalyx Hunt was hit with two different fines for unnecessary roughness that added up to $13,688.
The second of those two fines came on a play that the NFL believes should have been penalized but was not. Instead, the play led to a turnover by Tampa Bay that resulted in the Eagles’ only points of the second half.
