TYLER, Texas — Southern Utilities customers are reporting a water outage in Tyler.

Multiple customers told CBS19 the outage began over 24 hours ago and that residents have been unable to call SU's business office. The outage is currently affecting some residents in South Tyler.

CBS19 has reached out to SU, and received an automated message to call on Monday between normal business hours. It's unclear when service will be restored to affected areas. We are working to learn more and will update this article when information is released.
