LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A Louisville man was arrested on Saturday in connection with a road rage shooting in Elizabethtown, according to police.
Eliabethtown police responded to reports of shots fired at East Dixie Avenue between the Town Square and Steel Drive at around 2:40 a.m. on Saturday, October 4.
The victims told investigators that the suspect, 28-year-old Kevin Felix of Louisville, was driving a white Toyota 4Runner when they pulled out in front of them, causing the driver of the victims’ car to brake abruptly. A road rage encounter followed as Felix then motioned for the victim to pass them.
As the victims passed Felix and drove southbound on East Dixie Avenue, the suspect fired a shot at them with a .38 caliber revolver, which went through the victims’ rear windshield.
