PROVO, Utah (ABC4) -- The city of Provo is experiencing significant rainfall, causing flooding at the Buckley Draw burn scar.

"City crews monitored rain conditions around the Buckley Draw area throughout the night and will continue to keep a close watch throughout the day," Provo City officials said. "The debris basins built after the Buckley Draw fire held the runoff from last night's storms.
