New Delhi: Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk’s wife Gitanjali J. Angmo has filed a plea in the Supreme Court challenging his detention under the stringent National Security Act (NSA) as “illegal, unconstitutional and arbitrary” and seeking his immediate release.
