FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio –

Stolen automobile: W. 223 rd Street

A resident called the police department at 5:30 a.m. on Sept. 26 to report their car had been stolen sometime overnight.

After an investigation, officers found the car abandoned in Cleveland.

Officers discovered several other unlocked cars on the street had been entered, and personal items, including wallets, had been taken.

The investigation is ongoing, and a person of interest has been identified, according to a police press release.

A man at 8:41 p.m. on Sept. 27 reported his unlocked bicycle had been stolen from the bike racks at Target. Police have identified a person of interest from their investigation, according to a police press release.
