GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The National Park Service reports some of its services may be limited during the federal government shutdown.

Officials posted a message on Facebook describing how they are handling the shutdown that has been reposted by national parks in the Upstate and western North Carolina.

The parks include:

Blue Ridge Parkway

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Kings Mountain National Military Park

Cowpens National Battlefield

Ninety Six National Historical Site
