Juan Garcia Valcourt was arrested on Friday after attempting to flee from Volusia County Sheriff's deputies on foot during a traffic stop, VCSO said.

Deputies said they attempted to pull Valcourt over for driving with a suspended license.

The video shows Valcourt refusing to stop and then bailing out of his car, leading to a foot chase through Tom Hoffman Park.

Deputies used K-9s to track him down, issuing commands to surrender.

Valcourt eventually collapsed on the ground and was arrested.

He faces charges including fleeing and eluding law enforcement and driving with a suspended license.
