Honeywell celebrates 75 years of innovation, manufacturing at Shreveport facility

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Honeywell is celebrating the Shreveport facility’s 75th anniversary of manufacturing most of the company’s products.

On Oct. 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., an anniversary event was held to highlight area research, development, and on-site catalyst production at Honeywell in Shreveport.

The Shreveport facility is celebrating 75 years of successful operations.

“More than half of Honeywell UOP’s catalysts for the gasoline and petrochemcial industry are manufactured at this facility, which employs around 250 people,” says Honeywell.
