OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) — Kentucky Wesleyan football team is still looking for their first win of the season after falling to Ashland on Homecoming, 55-0.

The Panthers offensive struggles reared its' ugly head once again in the matchup against the Eagles. KWC was held to a total of 93 yards on offense, while surrender 503 yards on the other side of the ball. Starting quarterback, Jakoby Cox finished the game (4-14) for nine yards and one interception. Back-up QB, Noah Lee also saw some time and threw (2-8) for 25 yards and another interception.

Both teams had three turnovers, but Ashland was the only team able to capitalize on them. Running back Dominick Hollis had an early fumble in the first quarter which resulted in an Eagle field goal to put the Panthers in a 10-point hole.
