Ross Perot Jr. estimates that north Texas and Oklahoma will have a seamless development corridor in the next 25 to 35 years.

“You’re seeing north Texas grow north into Oklahoma, and you’re seeing Oklahoma grow south into Texas,” he said. “There’s great qualities with both areas.”

Perot, one of the largest real estate developers in Texas and son of former presidential candidate Ross Perot Sr., made the comments in a wide-ranging interview with the Tulsa World.

Perot Sr., who ran as an independent U.S. presidential candidate in 1992 and 1996, died in 2019.
