2500 BLOCK WRANGLER ROAD: Police arrested 29-year-old Chadwick O’Connor Thursday night after receiving a call from a 25-year-old woman living at O’Connor’s home. She said he had intended to assault a 25-year-old neighbor and left with a shotgun, Police Capt. Kelly Alger said. En route to the neighbor’s residence, police received a call from the 25-year-old man, saying O’Connor was outside his home and had pulled out his gun. Dispatch later said O’Connor left the scene in a blue 2010 Ford F-150. One neighbor, a 28-year-old woman, also gave her account, saying O’Connor had been honking his horn and yelling then told her to go back inside and call the police before he killed someone.
