After a few areas of fog this morning, we will see a nice and calm end to the weekend, as highs top out around 80°F. We have a slight increase in humidity, but enjoyable. Breezy conditions continue along the coast, but not much for the inland areas. Lows at night fall to the lower 60s.
More of the same for Monday, but air temperatures begin to warm up to the mid-80s, partly cloudy in the afternoon. Lows at night warm to the mid-60s inland, near 70°F for the coast.
Heading into mid-week, a cold front will usher in rain chances for the area. This will be our best chance in a while. Though it’s not a drought-busting rain, it will help soil levels, as we are in a moderate drought. A few heavy downpours and rumbles of thunder are possible, but severe weather is looking unlikely.
