LONDON — It could be the start of something new and exciting. It could also be the continuation of something old and tiresome.

One way or the other, the Browns are going with another starting quarterback in the hopes of changing the trajectory of their season when they play the Minnesota Vikings at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
