Trivette ranked nationally

Abingdon High School senior Annsley “A.J.” Trivette was ranked 93rd in ESPN’s most recent list of the top-100 prep girls basketball players in the Class of 2026.

The 2024-25 VHSL Class 3 state player of the year, Trivette averaged 20.0 points, 10.4 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.8 blocks per game last season.

Standing 6-foot-3 and able to play all five positions on the court, Trivette has committed to North Carolina State University.

She also plays volleyball and soccer for the Falcons and was the VHSL state champion in both the shot put and discus in 2024.
