A teenager from Whitstable, Kent, has been missing for nearly two weeks.
Alfie Caney was seen along Cromwell Road, a long residential street that curves into the coastal town’s railway station, at 4pm on September 23.
The boy, 14, was spotted on CCTV a week later, at 9.13am on September 30, on the Dartford to Gravesend rail service.
He was travelling from London and exited the train at Stone Crossing, a station near Stone which is served by Southeastern and Thameslink trains. Stone Crossing is 33 miles northwest of Whitstable. While a bus service connects the two, train journeys involve going through nearby Ashford.
Police said in a new appeal this morning that Alfie is around 5’8″ with short brown hair and brown eyes.
