Rutgers (3-2, 0-2) did not take the field this weekend, but if it tuned into Saturday’s slate during its first bye week of the 2025 season, there were a few things it learned about some of its future opponents.

Before hosting Rutgers on Friday, Washington flew across the country and came back from 20-0 down to defeat Maryland in a thriller in College Park. The Huskies scored 24 straight points in the final 18 minutes and 44 seconds to improve to 4-1 and hand the Terrapins their first loss of the year.
