Strictly Come Dancing star Thomas Skinner has opened up about how he tries to navigate the difficulties of his disability, admitting that he frequently relies on his wife for help.

After finding fame as a contestant on The Apprentice in 2019, he has since been a prominent fixture on TV screens, with appearances in 8 Out of 10 Cats and Celebrity MasterChef.

Earlier this year, he was confirmed as one of the stars to take their place on the Strictly dance floor.
