LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A road rage incident turned shooting has landed a Louisville man behind bars.

According to Elizabethtown Police, the reported incident happened around 2:40 a.m. Saturday morning on East Dixie Avenue between the Town Square and Steel Drive. Police said shots were fired at a vehicle occupied by three victims.

The victims told police a man, identified as 28-year-old Kevin Felix, was driving a Toyota 4Runner. They allege Felix pulled out in front of them, causing them to brake abruptly. Some type of road rage encounter followed which the victims say Felix motioned for them to pass.

When they passed Felix’s vehicle, continuing southbound on East Dixie Avenue, that’s when they say Felix fired a shot through their rear windshield with a .38 caliber revolver.
