One person was killed and five people were injured after a shooting in the West 7th Entertainment District in Fort Worth late Saturday night, police said.

Officers were called to the 3000 block of Bledsoe St. around 1:40 a.m., according to a press release from Fort Worth PD. When they arrived, they found a male victim with a gunshot wound to his torso, and medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.

Police also found five additional shooting victims who were transported to local hospitals for treatment. All of them appear to be in stable condition, police said.
