Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison runs for a gain during the fourth quarter against the Pittsburgh Steelers during an NFL International Series game at Croke Park.

Jordan Addison was the hero of Sunday morning's game between the Minnesota Vikings and Cleveland Browns in London, catching the game-winning touchdown with 25 seconds left in the fourth quarter, but his day got off too a frustrating start for his fantasy managers. That's because Addison didn't play at all in the first quarter of the game.

His absence left social media in shambles, as bettors and fantasy players searched for answers as to why a player thought to be healthy was suddenly unavailable. It didn't take long for those answers to surface, though, as ESPN's Kevin Seifert reported in-game that Addison's absence was due to a coach's decision.

The third-year receiver eventually entered the game in the second quarter, but it remained unclear what the first-quarter benching was the result of. At least Addison made up for the time missed with his late score.

Addison had +310 odds to score a touchdown at BetMGM.
