Her face is girl-next-door pleasant, hair long and lustrous, skin flawless. She speaks with a well bred English accent. Easy on the eye, easy on the ear. She has her own social media accounts and is in talks with talent agencies for possible roles in upcoming movies.

Nothing to see here. There's no shortage of aspiring young actors with movie career stars in their eyes.

But Tilly Norwood is different. She doesn't exist, not in the real sense anyway.

She's the creation of AI, the brainchild of UK company Particle 6 Productions, and she's sending shudders of alarm through legions of human actors who fear Tilly and AI generated "talent" like her are coming for their jobs. Her creator Eline van der Velden says she wants Tilly to become the next Scarlett Johansson or Natalie Portman.
