KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Tennessee Volunteers have moved up in the AP Poll on a bye week after multiple teams ranked in the top 10 fell on Saturday and dropped out of the top 25.
The latest AP Poll released on Sunday has the Vols ranked No. 12 in the country, an improvement of three spots from No. 15, where Tennessee was ranked for the last four weeks.

Ohio State maintains its No. 1 position in the poll with Miami ranked No. 2. Other SEC teams in the top 25 are No. 4 Ole Miss, No. 5 Texas A&M, No. 6 Oklahoma, No. 8 Alabama, No. 10 Georgia, No. 11 LSU, No. 14 Missouri and No. 20 Vanderbilt.
