The New Orleans Saints came up with their biggest play of the season - an 87-yard touchdown pass to Rashid Shaheed - to jump-start their offense and enter halftime leading the New York Giants 16-14 on Sunday at the Caesars Superdome.

Shaheed took the pass from quarterback Spencer Rattler just past midfield and then outran the Giants defense to the end zone. It was the longest pass of Rattler's career and the longest reception of Shaheed's career. He has had six touchdown receptions of 50 yards or more.

Safety Jonas Sanker recovered a fumble with 1:02 to play and returned the ball to the Giants' 41-yard line, setting up a 29-yard Blake Grupe field as the half ended to give the Saints their first lead.
