This October, HALLOWEEN JACK will once again rise from the marshes of Shallowbag Bay to make his annual return to the streets of Manteo for HALLOWEEN ISLAND!

Join us at the site of America’s oldest mystery — the Lost Colony of Roanoke — for 13 nefarious nights of fun including 13 uniquely themed pop-up Halloween bars, 13 eerie inns, 13 spooky shops and 13 seasonal events & experiences brought to you by 13 local sponsors, with proceeds benefitting 13 local charities through our partnership with the Outer Banks Community Foundation .
