MANCHESTER — A decision on whether a proposal for a 43 unit housing project off of Richville Road merits a local zoning permit remains one yet to be determined.

The town’s Development Review Board (DRB) met Wednesday, Oct. 1, to continue an ongoing hearing about a proposal for the housing project that would incorporate some workforce housing units. The project, submitted by Blackacre LLC, a local property development firm, would, if built, be located on an 8 acre field between Richville Road and the Battenkill River, but has received pushback from some members of the adjacent neighborhood among others.
