RICHLAND, Wash. – The City of Richland has announced significant upgrades to the Leslie Groves Tennis Courts.

The improvements will include a new concrete court, updated netting, a rebound wall and new perimeter fencing.

During construction, the courts and a nearby section of the Riverfront Trail will be closed.

Detour signage has been posted for trail users to navigate around the closure.
