Construction has begun at , a boutique residential estate featuring 117 home sites across 11 hectares in the heart of Berry.

After more than a decade of planning and community consultation, the project was issued with development consent last year.

The project, being developed by New Horizon Properties, is expected to incorporate five stages.

Berry Lane is located along Hitchcocks Lane and Huntingdale Park Road.

Berry Lane has already secured several sales prior to construction starting, with 30 per cent of the initial releases (stages one to three) sold to date.

Land is priced from $737,000, while home and land packages start at $1.237 million. Lots range from 360 square metres to more than 1000 square metres, with registration anticipated in 2026.
