The woman who pushed a 63-year-old off a bus in Boston has agreed to a plea deal.

Luz Pineda, 32, was sentenced to two years of probation on Friday, Oct. 3, for the incident, according to a statement from the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

During her probation, Pineda can't ride the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (known as the MBTA), which is the public transportation system in the Greater Boston region. She has also been ordered to “stay away and have no contact with the victim.”
