It may have been Trey Yesavage’s day on Sunday at the Rogers Centre, but through two games of this torrid Blue Jays offensive output, it’s starting to feel like Vlad Guerrero’s world.

The team’s all-star first baseman continued to add his slug to the Jays attack, belting a grand slam in the fourth inning, the first in franchise post-season history.

“It feels great, like always,” Guerrero said afterwards. “I’m just trying to do something to help my team win and it felt good.”

After entering this playoffs with just two hits in his six games previously, Guerrero has had back-to-back hits in two consecutive games after his 3-for-5 Sunday. He’s 6-for-9 already in this ALDS (.667) with two homers and six RBIs.
