Armin Guggenheim, 95, of Beachwood, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Oct. 1, 2025.

Born on Feb. 24, 1930, to the late Norbert and Fanny (née Kissinger) Guggenheim, Armin was raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from Glenville High School. He went on to attend the University of Michigan, where he earned a degree in accounting.

In 1959, Armin founded Guggenheim Realty, which would become not just a successful business, but a lasting legacy. Shortly after launching the company, he met the love of his life, Charlotte (née Rosenthal), whom he married in June of 1961. Both partnerships proved enduring and deeply fulfilling.
