PROVO, Utah – KJ Perry has committed to BYU basketball.

The nation’s top junior college recruit in the class of 2026 announced his commitment to the Cougars on Sunday. Perry is a 6-foot-3, 180-pound combo guard from Citrus College, located near Los Angeles.

The bouncy, explosive guard was a bucket-getter in his one season at Citrus College, earning All-State honors from the California Community College Athletic Association.

Perry picked BYU over schools such as TCU, SMU, and USC. The four-star prospect also received offers from Arizona State, Cincinnati, Kansas, Texas A&M, Oregon, NC State, UNLV, and others.
