Located 20km north west of Griffith, the Riverina Almond Portfolio covers 1847 hectares (4564 acres) with 1165ha (2879 acres) of developed almond orchard and 150ha (371 acres) of centre pivot irrigation.

The portfolio comprises two non-contiguous properties situated about 5km apart.

Sandy Valley Orchard is 1263ha (3121 acres) with 719ha (1777 acres) of trees, and the 585ha (1446 acre) Greenview Orchard with 446ha (1102 acres).
