Budgam, Oct 05: Commuters from several areas of North Kashmir and Budgam district are facing hardships during evening hours due to frequent traffic congestion at Narbal crossing on the national highway, where no effective measures have been put in place to ease the jams.

Zahoor Ahmad, a resident of Baramulla district, said the Narbal crossing on the national highway has become a major bottleneck during evening hours, with commuters forced to spend a considerable amount of time stuck in traffic jams every day.
