(FOX40.COM) — In a victory for California and Oregon attorney generals, a federal judge temporarily blocks President Donald Trump from deploying California National Guard troops to Oregon on Sunday night.

U.S. District Court Judge Karin Immergut, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, has granted California Attorney Rob Bonta and Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield's emergency motion to temporarily block President Donald Trump from deploying at least 200 California National Guard troops to Portland, ORE.

Immergut also issued a similar temporary ruling preventing the Trump Administration from deploying Texas National Guard troops from being deployed to Oregon.
