The UK is bracing for more snow in October, with additional flurries expected later in the month on top of the initial predictions for October 17, 18 and 19. Weather maps indicate a second wave of snow could hit before November.

New weather maps from WX Charts reveal that on Tuesday 21 October and Wednesday 22 October, snow storms are set to batter the Highlands of Scotland. Up to 5cm per hour of snow is forecasted to fall near Fort William in the Highlands.
