Police have uncovered a huge cannabis farm worth £1.3m in Cheetham Hill .

Officers raided a building on Redbank on Sunday (October 5) as part of an investigation into organised immigration, modern slavery and drug supply, Greater Manchester Police said. They discovered the large-scale cannabis farm inside.

Pictures were today shared on GMP's social media of the huge number of plants, with a full electricity supply set up inside the building.

Six men have been arrested in connection with the discovery.

Four of the men - aged 26, 27, 34 and 35 - were arrested on suspicion of cannabis production and immigration offences.
