BEMIDJI — A Defensive Driving course will be offered from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 13, through Zoom.

The four-hour course is for drivers age 55 and older who need to complete a beginner or refresher course to receive a discount on their insurance. Retired Minnesota State Patrol Trooper Mike Flatley will serve as instructor.
