LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Former LMPD Officer Nick Wilt had the opportunity to meet his favorite comedian over the weekend.

Wilt was shot in the head during the Old National Bank Shooting in 2023.

During this weekend’s Nate Bargatze comedy show at the Yum! Center, Wilt was able to come backstage and meet him.

Wilt’s family says the comedian’s team was incredible for setting this up and wanted to thank them for making the night memorable for Nick.
