LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Clinton National Airport in Little Rock has a new nonstop route to Phoenix, which isn't just good news for travelers but is also a strategic win for Central Arkansas.

Mayor Frank Scott Jr. announced the new flight to the West Coast today, accompanied by representatives from American Airlines and the airport.
