SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - Members of the Greater Akron Fellowship of Clergy and community members are holding a news conference Monday afternoon to discuss the grand jury’s decision not to indict Akron police officer involved in the Jazmir Tucker shooting.

Last Thursday, Akron Mayor Shammas Malik and Akron Police Chief Brian Harding, said now that the criminal process has concluded following the investigation by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Mahoning County Prosecutor’s office, an internal investigation will be conducted to determine if any Akron Police Department policies or procedures were violated.
