ALBANY - A grand jury handed down a four-count indictment, pinning the responsibility of a fatal accident that killed a 32-year-old motorcyclist on Route 9W in July on a 33-year-old Ravena man.

The indictment was submitted Friday morning, Oct. 6, accusing Jacob Snide of manslaughter after a police report stated the vehicle he was operating crossed the yellow divider and collided with Bethlehem Central High School graduate and Schenectady resident Patrick Lafortune, Jr. in a head-on collision.
